Chef Burak Özcan
Head Chef & Co-Founder
Burak has nearly two decades of experience with Food and Beverage operations. He started his career as a chef in the most luxurious five-star resorts across the Mediterranean before making his way to Dallas in 2011. After working with celebrity chef Stephan Pyles to open various high-end restaurant concepts, Chef Burak transitioned to leading culinary teams in full-service hotels across DFW. During that time he developed the innovative "Tex-Med" cuisine (Modern Mediterranean with a Texan Twist®). After opening the first Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen® location in 2019, Chef Burak began offering private events and catering services. Chef Burak’s dedication to exquisite hospitality and passion for creative cuisine has led to a loyal following of "Ferah Foodies". Under Chef Burak’s leadership, the Ferah family of brands has received multiple awards.
Jeremy Berlin
General Manager & Co-Founder
Jeremy brings over 20 years of award-winning hospitality leadership, event, and sales experience to the team. Jeremy has managed large full-service hotels across the country, including multi-million-dollar renovations and the opening of new properties. During this time he gained expertise in managing Food and Beverage teams who executed events of all sizes. Jeremy has been a part of Ferah since the beginning, and he officially transitioned from his role in hotel executive leadership to managing our Southlake location full-time.


Stephanie Özcan
Co-Founder
Stephanie oversees branding, marketing, and media relations for the Ferah family of brands and designed the interiors all Ferah restaurant locations (Garland, Southlake, and Wylie) where we host celebrations and private events of all types. An expert in curating unforgettable ambiance, Stephanie specializes in helping to create stunning and unique experiences for guests across Ferah locations. Heidi Berlin
Community Relations Manager
Heidi is a vivacious people person who loves connecting with guests and members of our community. As Ferah's Community Relations Director, Heidi oversees community involvement in local events and sponsorships in Southlake and surrounding areas. You may also see Heidi supporting operations and visiting with guests during the hustle and bustle of dinner service.


London Stegman
Marketing & Sales Coordinator
London brings a background in graphic design and sales to the Ferah team. Early in her career, she gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry while completing her degree in Graphic Design, giving her a strong foundation in both creativity and service. Passionate about storytelling through design, London uses her skills to share the story of Ferah with guests in a way that is both engaging and authentic. If you’re planning a wedding or special event with Ferah, chances are London will be there to help streamline the planning process and ensure every detail reflects your vision.
Tom Urann
Expert Mixologist
Tom Urann is Ferah's expert mixologist. Originally from Washington, Tom has spent the past six years in DFW. After years in restaurant management roles, Tom realized his true passion is creating an unforgettable experience at the bar. His management experience ensures you will receive exceptional service when you trust Ferah with your mixology and bartending needs.


Josh French
Director of Operations
Josh French brings over 25 years of hospitality experience to the team, spanning independent restaurants and award-winning hotels. Originally from Michigan, he moved to Dallas in 2011, bringing with him a deep passion for service and operational excellence. Over the years, Josh has developed a reputation for blending efficiency with an unwavering commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. With a focus on integrity, leadership, and growth, he is dedicated to making a positive impact both at Ferah and within the community.
Chasey Brown
Marketing & Sales Coordinator
Chasey is a Texas local who began her journey with Ferah in 2022 as a host at our Garland Tex-Med location. With this being her first step into the restaurant world, she quickly discovered a passion for hospitality and the vibrant energy of service. Her bubbly personality and natural creativity helped her grow from hosting to serving, bartending, and ultimately into her current role on the sales team. With a background in creative arts, Chasey brings a unique blend of imagination, hospitality, and operational insight. Her experience both in front-of-house roles and behind the scenes gives her a deep understanding of the Ferah guest experience, allowing her to support our team and clients with authenticity, creativity, and care.
